Driver of the Month
Every month Stela Express, Inc. recognizes a driver from the company's fleet who takes pride in his or her profession and the company, safety, and maintains high quality standards in all they do. Drivers are nominated by the office staff based on their efficiency, timeliness, positive attitude, and reliability. The winner is awarded a $100 bonus and their picture is displayed on our website as well as on the Driver of the Month board in the office.

Driver of the Year
At the end of the year, all 12 Drivers of the Month are nominated to become the Driver of the Year. The staff votes for who they think was the best driver year-round based on efficiency, timeliness, positive attitude, and reliability. The winner will be rewarded with a generous prize to thank him for his exemplary efforts!
